If you are able to Email your scanned images, please Email them to support@phototileart.com and remember to include your Name, Address & Telephone number in the message along with your image attachments.

If you choose to use our professional scanning services, then you will be prompted to mail us your original photos to:

Please take the time to package and protect your photos when mailing them!  All of your original photos will be returned with your completed order.

We do not accept returns unless we have made an error in shipping.  If the product is damaged during shipment, we will replace the item.  All items will be shipped fully insured.  Any item(s) to be returned, must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
